對于國際汽聯(lián)為2010賽季設立的預算上限，法拉利車隊表達了極大的不滿，并直言如果國際汽聯(lián)選擇執(zhí)行這一預算，那么法拉利將在下賽季退出F1。

“如果國際汽聯(lián)不改變決定，那么我們就將退出F1。”在會上，法拉利的觀點非常明確，“我們反對國際汽聯(lián)關(guān)于在新賽季設立預算上限的決定，當然也不會在下賽季注冊參賽。”如果說法拉利的退賽讓人感到遺憾的話，那么更加糟糕的是，持這種觀點的并非法拉利一家，本賽季表現(xiàn)搶眼的豐田和紅牛車隊也暗示無法接受國際汽聯(lián)預算上限的設置，正在考慮下賽季是否退出F1。
