居留簽證的英文：
Residence Visa

美國(guó)國(guó)會(huì)民主黨參議員查爾斯·舒默和共和黨參議員邁克·李共同撰寫了一份議案，向符合一定條件的外國(guó)購(gòu)房者發(fā)放居留簽證。根據(jù)該議案，任何在美國(guó)民用住宅市場(chǎng)現(xiàn)金投資至少50萬美元的外國(guó)人，都可以獲得在美國(guó)的居留簽證。當(dāng)然，居留簽證永遠(yuǎn)是跟房產(chǎn)綁定的，一旦房產(chǎn)被出售，則合法居留權(quán)自動(dòng)停止。
