Nine Million Bicycles為Katie Melua在2005年發(fā)行的專輯Piece By Piece的先行單曲。

Katie Melua 1984年出生于東歐前格魯吉亞蘇維埃社會主義共和國。隨后同家人一路從貝爾法斯特、愛爾蘭遷徙到倫敦.?因而 Katie Melua 會說格魯吉亞語、俄語和英語。其聲線兼?zhèn)渌{(lán)調(diào)、民謠、爵士味道。Katie Melua在 Brit School 的表演吸引了作曲兼制作人 Mike Batt 的目光，在聽完 Katie Melua演唱 Faraway Voice，Batt簽下了當(dāng)時18歲的Katie Melua并送她進入錄音室。2003年底，首支單曲 The Closest Thing To Crazy 強登英國金榜Top 10。
