H: Agent Burke, this is Garrett Fowler.
P: O.P.R.
G: Bad news travels fast.
P: Yes, it does.
H: 1
P: Yeah, because that line always works. Nobody's gonna buy that bridge today. That's my file.
G: Yes, it is. Impressive work. I wanted to talk to you about the case that you're currently investigating.
P: The jewelry heist? Why?
G: Well, the only people that knew that diamond was gonna be placed in the vault the night before the show were a few key N.Y.P.D brass and a handful of FBI agents.
P: 2 And you already have a suspect, don't you?
G: You know where Neal Caffrey was last night?
P: 3
H: You're not.
P: 4 Caffrey didn't do it. He wears an electronic monitoring anklet. It records everywhere he goes. Just pull it up.
G: Yeah, we did that.
P: And?
G: And some of the data from Caffrey's anklet is missing for last night.
P: Missing?
G: Went dark for six hours.
P: Well, that's impossible. 5
G: No, it can't, but evidently the database where the information is stored can be. Someone wiped out six hours of tracking data.
P: Then I suggest that you lurk around the U.S. Marshals office, because they're the people who monitor that anklet.
H: Caffrey belongs to the bureau. That makes him our problem.

As far as anyone knows, he is here for a standard review.
You think it's an inside job.
Am I being interrogated here?
Look, this whole thing is a waste of time.
That anklet can't be tampered with.
