Sara tells Michael that Lincoln mentioned the nosebleeds. Michael responds and says that it wasn’t his place. That Lincoln was the one in the hospital when their mother got sick and held her hand, watching her die. “It changed him. It made him overprotective and now he’s jumping to all the wrong conclusions for all the wrong reasons, and it’s all for nothing, because I’m fine!”

Sara says he doesn’t look fine. Michael replies that maybe it’s because there’s something he needs to tell her. “Gretchen’s alive.” Sara looks up in horror.
