本合同分為四個(gè)大部分（缺附錄，schedule）。與上一合同基本相同，但第一段沒(méi)有謂語(yǔ)，不是個(gè)完整的句子。個(gè)別用詞與前一合同有差別。最后落款處還多了了“職務(wù)”，即designation(有的合同還慣用position).
