昨天在網(wǎng)上一條關(guān)于“假鱈魚”的微博引起了廣泛的關(guān)注。一位網(wǎng)友在網(wǎng)上發(fā)微博稱，她的女兒吃了在超市買的假鱈魚，實(shí)際是油魚，最后導(dǎo)致腹瀉。隨后演員馬伊琍也發(fā)了一條微博附和稱，她的孩子也吃了在超市買的鱈魚，最后導(dǎo)致腹瀉。雖然家樂福堅(jiān)稱其商品系統(tǒng)中僅允許銷售鱈魚，但關(guān)于部分超市和餐廳為逐利而以油魚冒充鱈魚的內(nèi)容，還是成為當(dāng)天網(wǎng)上的熱點(diǎn)話題。

Shanghai-based Carrefour (China) Group denies the accusation posted by a micro-blogger that its stores sell oilfish as cod, saying the cod for sale are silver pout and buffalo cod, species of cod family, and have proper certificates from import authorities.

Carrefour made the statement on its official micro blog at after a post by netizen Triple Yan saying that toxic oilfish, banned in food markets in Europe, was sold in Carrefour labeled as cod was widely circulated.

The two fish species for sale in Carrefour have been licensed by the Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau - China's top entry-exit regulator, noted the company, urging "the whistleblower" to contact them and vowing to investigate into its supply chains in an effort to protect consumers' rights.

"Oilfish could also be regarded as a subspecies of cod, although edible, it is fat-rich and could cause physical discomforts like diarrhea for certain people," said Gu Zhenhua, deputy director of the Shanghai municipal food security regulator. He added that China has yet to have regulatory rules or ban on cod sale.

記者通過走訪發(fā)現(xiàn)，目前市面上的鱈魚有三種：銀鱈魚（sablefish）、龍鱈魚、水鱈魚。但據(jù)專家稱，此三種都不是真正的鱈魚，鱈魚在內(nèi)地沒有，一般在海邊，數(shù)量非常少，此三種魚是油魚，脂肪量高達(dá)18%-21%，脂肪容易堆積在腸道產(chǎn)生腹瀉。

銀鱈魚實(shí)為裸蓋魚，由于輪廓像真正的鱈魚（大西洋鱈、太平洋鱈等），被稱為銀鱈魚或“鱈魚”。這種魚類我國不產(chǎn)，價(jià)格較貴；太平洋鱈我國有產(chǎn)價(jià)格低廉，大西洋鱈我國不產(chǎn)但總產(chǎn)量高所以價(jià)格也較低廉，另有狹鱈等鱈科魚類也稱鱈魚，價(jià)格比大西洋鱈低廉，這些都是安全的。但油魚是蛇鯖類，稱“鱈魚”有濫竽充數(shù)之嫌。中國的商家是利用漢字表達(dá)的不精確和法律監(jiān)管的問題在“鱈”字上大做文章。

掛鱈魚標(biāo)簽賣油魚曾在香港引發(fā)風(fēng)波

雖然目前內(nèi)地沒有出臺政策對鱈魚入市采取具體限制和監(jiān)管，但早在2007年由于市民投訴類似事件，香港政府食物安全中心就出臺了《有關(guān)識別及標(biāo)簽油魚/鱈魚的指引》規(guī)定，建議所有入口商區(qū)分清楚油魚和鱈魚的名稱和標(biāo)簽，并建議零售商對油魚會引起腹瀉和腸胃不適等風(fēng)險(xiǎn)做出明確的警告說明。

油魚（oilfish）學(xué)名為棘鱗蛇鯖（scentific name: Ruvettus Pretiosus），脂肪含量豐富，其中超過90%為蠟脂。

鱈魚屬于鱈形目魚類，目前有60多種已知品種，常見的種類有：

太平洋鱈魚 Pacific cod? 大西洋鱈魚 Atlantic cod?? 狹鱈 Alaska pollack

在《有關(guān)識別及標(biāo)簽油魚/鱈魚的指引》中明確指出，只有鱈形目魚類在銷售時才可采用包含“鱈”字（Only fish belonging to the order Gadiformes should use common name containing the word “cod”/“鱈”）。
