Running indoor for a few minutes is very good for people’s? health. Several years go, we can only see treadmills in some foreign moives,but as the fast pace of the economy development, now it is more and more common for mid—class families to buy treadmills.And another thing we can see from getting treadmills is that people are paying more and more? attention to keep a good health condition.

I would like to talk about my hometown Kaifeng City. You know, I was born there, so I loved the place very much. The house which we lived in was not a big one with about only 20 square meters. However, the special thing for it was that it was a bungalow which was very different from the storied one because the neighbors always knew each other very well and the relationships among the neighbors were always good. Now, we still contact with each other just like relatives even though we were separated.
Every time I go home, I will go there to have a look though the house is not there now, because I really miss the days of my childhood.

There are always so many annoying advertisements on TV, such as medicine, computer and food. But some of them are really interesting. Yesterday I saw an impressive advertisement which is selling spring water. A train was stopping on a railway station for a long time during some unknown problems. A girl in the train was looking outside the train with her beautiful and worrying eyes. She found a worker was working hard along the rail way. It’s a hot day; we could imagine from the camera that the worker must be very thirsty. Then the girl gives her spring water to the worker gently with lovely smile. The work also smiles. Although this advertisement does not show how fantastic the product is. I could feel that it must be very sweet.

Honestly I haven’t thought about this much. The one and only great change I can think of now is leaving school. Look, after going to school for more than 16 years, all of my life has been so used to school, my daily schedule, my mindset, my social life, etc. The world outside the school seems so familiar and yet so strange. My feelings are mixed with ambition, hope, expectation, as well as uneasiness, insecurity and worries. It is such a difficult time. I am like a person lost in the no-man’s land, not knowing where to turn. Anyway, most people have to face this change once they leave school. It is a total challenge. But just as one great mind has once said, “l(fā)ife is always full of changes and uncertainties; we just do all that we can and hope for the best.”

Nowadays, the number of males who can cook is not large, not mention to the one who is good at cooking. As to the person who is good at cooking, I would like to talk about my father. My father is a considerate man for he always does what he can do in the family in order to reduce the burden of my mother. When he was a child, he even did not do any housework and spoiled by my grandfather and mother. However, after marrying to my mother, he was willing to cook food and even love this kind of things. Now, he can do almost every delicious food in the world, not only the traditional food in China but also the foreign food such as hamburger. I always think that my mother is the happiest person in the world because she can find a so good husband. I hope that I can find a husband like my farther in the future.

When I was a little girl, I learned a song from my grandmother which is named the little rabbit. It is so sweet that I could still remember it clearly. The melody of this song is very simple, just like other children’s songs. What is really interesting is its lyric. It tells a story about a clever rabbit and a wicked wolf. The wolf wants to eat the bunny so much that he knocked his door when the mother rabbit was not at home. But the bunny was very smart; he refused to open the door. Because his mother told him that do not open the door to a stranger. So the wolf went back with an empty stomach at last. In my country, almost every child will learn this song in their childhood. And I guess it could be one of the most popular songs in china because of its lovely melody and educational meaning.

First thing I think kids can gain from social activities is that they can start? to learn how to get on welll with their other kids.As we all know,humanbeings are social animals,we can only survive depends on the existence of other people.Realising the necessarity of getting along with other people is very important for the kids.Secondly, kids can be stronger through the whole process of the activity.Chinese parents are treating their kids as precious treasures because of the one child pocily, there’s nothing wrong with that,but we have to admit that the protection from those parents make kids much more frigile , they may not be able to undertake the great presure from lots of aspect when they grow understanding that there are always diffculities in life and learning how to solve them is an very important lesson for kids.
